Thank you for that. Harold and Kumar was on a pretty steady rotation on HBO my freshman year of college. So I've seen it maybe 200 times. It's probably the same for me and my friends as Dazed and Confused or Caddyshack are for older people. It's full of great quotes, and just an amazing collection of non-sequitirs. I really love it. I think the problem with the sequels is the first one is 20 years of the writers best ideas, and they just can't replicate that on demand. He also loved Bonnie Tyler,so suffice it to say it was great.Joshuahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14855172001889866141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-67353349344961933552018-04-20T16:50:28.734-05:002018-04-20T16:50:28.734-05:00My last year of high school, I had a friend who...My last year of high school, I had a friend who's parents let us smoke pot in the basement. This friend had Friday playing all the time. I haven't seen it since way back then, and don't remember much, except for the father always needing to shit. That year was a haze.
Perhaps I should revisit it. It was on Netflix before Christmas, but I appear to have missed that window.

Harold and Kumar I only discovered around a decade after its release (I didn't watch many movies between 2000-2010). It's a great comedy. Its amusing that although it's known as a "stoner" comedy, the parts dealing with weed are the least funny bits. Getting stoned and going for munchies merely stands in as a bare thread story for fitting in everything else.Paul Calverthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11748440093206090195noreply@blogger.com
