But even with that context I still have no idea what a "knockaround guy" is. hahaPaul Calverthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11748440093206090195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-56686767000896143232021-02-07T18:49:51.627-06:002021-02-07T18:49:51.627-06:00I had never even heard of it, but based on your gu...I had never even heard of it, but based on your guys enthusiasm, I just watched it. Pretty solid! Tom Noonan was great, but unsettling as usual. It's great to see Barry Pepper, and I wish he was in more movies. And Diesel is himself, but very serious. Will this be the only movie role in which he has a huge Star Of David tattoo? Hopefully not. Seth Green is the character from Can't Hardly Wait in every movie I see him in, so he didn't really work as someone who would be involved. How does he afford to own a plane, btw? There was a gas station in the old timey town called "Filler-Up", which was amusing.

Yeah, pretty solid movie. Glad you guys recommended. I like his "stoic-goofy" persona, and end up enjoying all the Diesel movies just because of what he brings to them.

Hopefully, you'll eventually cover The Pacifier, which might be the Diesel movie I've seen the most? I watched it once alone, then again with the kids, and then again when the kids wanted to watch it again. And one other time. It's his Kindergarten Cop, and as a family friendly comedy, I think it works well. (21% on RT? I remember it being one of my favorite Vin Diesel roles, but it's been years since I saw it. Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12103479685504954063noreply@blogger.com
