I’ve been excited by the premise since last year, and Let the Right One In is a glorious winter film. I’m just going to forget that The Snowman’s trailer was one of the most confusingly horrible things I’ve ever seen come out of Hollywood and I’m going to watch the fuck out of this movie TedSchmosbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04230349217031985069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-61312003246785803532017-10-23T20:31:26.301-05:002017-10-23T20:31:26.301-05:00that's too bad for them, but i never felt that...that's too bad for them, but i never felt that it was an excuse for a bad movie.Kuniderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05872530831159876322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-12146493827444804822017-10-23T20:21:59.955-05:002017-10-23T20:21:59.955-05:00I thought it was really funny when Val Kilmer is t...I thought it was really funny when Val Kilmer is trapped in his office by a birthday party and climbs out the window, then proceeds to flip off his "boss" and co-workers.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11874511557331814000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-54577632950795100982017-10-23T19:51:09.647-05:002017-10-23T19:51:09.647-05:00That picture of the snowman reminded me of Fassben...That picture of the snowman reminded me of Fassbender in Frank. The director then realized that they hadn't filmed about 10% of the script.
When re-shoots are such a given in movie-making, you'd think they could have found a way to get people back to get those done?Kathynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-32770098847821895462017-10-23T14:21:00.748-05:002017-10-23T14:21:00.748-05:00Other funny things I forgot to mention

There's so many scenes and lines that are missing from the movie, it's borderline false advertising. "He calls himself the Snowman Killer." "You could've saved them. I gave you all the clues." Not only are these lines absent from the movie, they totally misrepresent the plot.

I'd also add the sliding scale of "Norwegian" accents to the funny list. And the subplot (which has no impact on anything) about Oslo's bid for the "World Cup of Winter Sports" or something similar. I haven't read the book but I'm guessing it involved an Olympics bid and the IOC didn't want it in the movie.Mikko Viinikkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16045016331246302112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-44652602013815364962017-10-23T12:49:00.396-05:002017-10-23T12:49:00.396-05:00...going to watch The Snowman tomorrow. ...going to watch The Snowman tomorrow. benpetersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02680256171903996080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-73475589607491299802017-10-23T12:48:09.555-05:002017-10-23T12:48:09.555-05:00Yeah Happy Death Day really kicked my butt. When she bested the "bad guy" (trying to be vague here for spoilers), I almost cheered because it was such a campy fun moment. And the ending, it is so much of a PG movie, the blood spurting up was that much more jarring. benpetersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02680256171903996080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4217427319662074458.post-47580500277207320142017-10-23T12:23:27.945-05:002017-10-23T12:23:27.945-05:00I was so bored and confused with The Snowman.
