I was genuinely expecting space aliens to show up at some point, especially when we saw the disc of burnt foliage. That was why I added '-ish' to my categorisation. It really felt like a science fiction film for most of its run, but it... wasn't? <br /><br />Bit like that one with the lady and the man where they... you know, it was a couple of toys they came across when they were kiddies. I dug it as well for the most part. The first half hour to 45 minutes are great. The resolution was frustrating and cheapened the film.
