Seems like one of those painful experiences that generally sucks while you're doing it, but leaves a great memory. Like boot camp or prom. ...You're crazy, Adam. In the best way possible.

This reminded me of one all-nighter, when the tickets for Revenge of the Sith were about to come on sale. The local theater held an event where people could line up for the tickets the night before and they handed out queue numbers (is that the right term?) and showed movies through the night for everyone waiting for the ticket sales to begin.

Me and a couple of friends saw a special preview screening of Kingdom of Heaven (Liam Neeson's line "I am your father" got a big laugh from the Star Wars crowd), Sideways (appropriately mellow for 2am) and the Robert De Niro movie Hide and Seek (barely remember anything about it) before getting our tickets and walking out as the sun was rising.
