It's the holiday season! Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, you should play along.
Keep in mind it doesn't have to be a material item. It doesn't even have to be movie related. Maybe it's something you hope Fthismovie Claus (our December nickname for JB) will bring everyone in the new year. We survived the apocalypse! Go crazy! Think big! WEIGH IN!
OK, I'll play along. ;-) Already got it: 58" Vizio LED HDTV shaped in 21:9 aspect ratio so my anamorphic movies kick ass (and 1:33:1/1:85:1 look as tiny as they still do on my 47" Olivia): http://www.dvdverdict.com/juryroom/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=6026#p74425 .ReplyDelete
I want 20 six and seven year olds and six teachers back.ReplyDelete
I really just want to see (not necessarily OWN - I'm not greedy) a REAL Tyrannosaurus Rex. Since I was like 3. Gimme that, Santa, and me and you are square for like, the rest of my life.ReplyDelete
I'd like my girlfriend to have not left me. Can you give me that, Santa? Can you give me that?! (If you cannot give me that, then Hot Fuzz on Blu-Ray.)ReplyDelete
Now that it's post-Christmastime, I can tell you that the movie-related item that I DID get, which I am very excited about, is "The Making of the Wizard of Oz," by Aljean Harmetz, which came so highly recommended from the contributors of this podcast (namely Patrick). I'm looking forward to a good read!ReplyDelete
