    1. I'm pretty confident that Hard Target was written by a four-year-old, soooooooo...
In all seriousness, sorry you'll be missing it, but your spirit is gonna have a blast. There's always F This Movie Fest 5 to look forward to!

    2. Hey, Travis, no shame in enjoying your kid. Have a great day at the park and at Chuck E. Cheese while we watch "Hard Target" and "True Romance." ;-)

    3. Haha I've actually never seen hard target I was hoping to remedy that this weekend. I watched true romance yesterday in spirit of the fest.

    4. Just tweet along with Nut Job - I'm sure it'll match up every once in a while!

Sorry you're missing out, man, but I'm sure daughter-time is just as good!

And I assume there's nothing wrong with my 9-week old watching any of these movies?

    6. For the sake of your continued health, JP, I kind of hope the writer of Hard Target doesn't see that. You know, given that he's an ex-Navy SEAL and all...

  2. And the day finally comes. My last new to me 1993 movie before we get this party started: GUNMEN, a Patrick suggestion from his F This Netflix column a couple of weeks ago. It's a pretty formulaic and cheesy "48 Hours" in South America action flick, but it could have been worse, much worse. You know, JUPITER ASCENDING worse. :-O

See you on the other side of the interwebs.

  4. Ugh...I hate to be this jackass but can anyone explain what "be sure to follow the hashtag #fthismoviefest to participate in the conversation". I know nothing about using Twitter so have no idea how to participate. Any help from my fellow F heads is much appreciated. I know, I'm living in the stone ages.

    1. Don't feel bad. I had to figure out Twitter just to do this fest. Hashtags are like search terms; if you search that phrase (or just click on a hashtag when you see it), it will give you all the tweets that include that same tag. That way, even if someone you aren't following is participating, their tweets will still show up. Just make sure you change your filter from 'top results' to 'all results.' We'll help as much as we can! I'm stoked that you're joining in!

    2. Thanks, Patrick! Just so I'm clear - when we start the fest - I need to be on FThisMovies Twitter page but I also need to click on the #fthismoviefest to converse? Do I have that right?

  6. Patrick and Dennis - Thanks for your assistance with Twitter, it took a minute to get use to but I'll be fully prepared come F This Movie Fest 2016!

Had a blast conversing with other F Heads and it was definitely an interesting experience watching a movie and tweeting at the same time. Maybe a bit overwhelming, but still, a ton of fun! Thanks again to all at F This Movie for coordinating this.

Since I won't be home for the rest of the films, when the wife and I return we are going to honor Jurassic Park by watching the newest Mocksploitation - Jurassic City! Should be gloriously awful.

    1. Follow up - "Jurassic City" is woeful and not in a "so bad it's fun" way at all. It's just bad. The only thing great about it is that it's called "Jurassic City" but the whole movie takes place in a jail!

  7. I managed 3.5 movies then the time difference caught up and I fell asleep. Damn. Great fun though

  8. Ps check my twitter for Stallone in the uk recently selling bread. Actually making a advert for selling bread! Is he skint? What's that all about? And also wearing similar clothing to Judge Dredd, the character in the advert is called Judge Bread I kid you not...
