  3. I saw New York Ripper a few months ago and loved it so much I quickly shared it with my friends and girlfriend, forever changing how they see me. My argument for it quickly devolved into, "but...but...Look! Look at how great it is! Look"!

Anyway I decided my enjoyment of these movies is better left unexplained, which is kind of in the spirit of the movies logic anyway.

    1. Is that movie really the kind you want to share with Italian Horror newbs? It's soooo sleazy.

    2. It was definitely NOT the right movie. And now I've ruined my cred for a while.

  4. I've been on a huge Italian horror kick, though I celebrate the day with Demons, which I watched for the first time. I guess I liked it, but it felt the most "American" out of the Italian horror I've seen, and I wasn't in the mood for it. The rock soundtrack, the samurai sword on a motorcycle scene, etc., just a bit too over the top and not the usual atmosphere. I'm sure I'll revisit it another day and love it.

  5. I love this guest. So glad you had him back on. I could listen to you two talk about Italian horror all day, every day. Finally bought Beyond the Gates, gonna watch it tonight.

Slight aside, I wonder if it would be possible to have the names of the films discussed listed in the tags for the episodes.
