Tobe Hooper Tribute LIVE


Join host Patrick Bromley for an all-day LIVE tribute to Tobe Hooper to commemorate the one-year anniversary of his passing. Our lineup of guests includes horror icon Caroline Williams, director Mick Garris, screenwriter Jared Rivet (Jackals), filmmaker Jill Gevargizian (42 Counts, The Stylist), Top Critic Heather Wixson, Pure Cinema Podcast hosts Brian Saur and Elric Kane, Kevin Maher of Kevin Geeks Out, Patrick Hamilton of the Kill by Kill Podcast, screenwriter Stephen David Brooks, and possibly other surprise guests. This very special live broadcast celebrates Hooper's life and work through the eyes of his friends, his fans, his collaborators, and those he continues to inspire every day.   1. So great that you are doing this. I met Tobe Hooper at the last Fan goria convention ever held. NYC I think it was August 2008 or 2009. I was expecting him to be not to talkative and maybe not very nice for some reason. Instead he was very talkative and extremely nice. I had a great time talking to him. Wish I got to speak with him more. A really friendly and open person. Happy I got to meet him. I had been to Philadelphia to see him for Toolbox Murders at the film fest there but didn't get to meet him.RIP Tobe Hooper.

  3. What a lineup! I wish I could have caught more too but enjoyed your conversations with Rivet, part of Caroline Williams (such a sweet lady) and Mick and most of the Wixson/Riske mashup. I look forward to listening to the rest.

    Awesome job making this happen Patrick - my Arrow EATEN ALIVE blu-ray arrived today so I’ll be continuing the celebration of this very special dude.
