  1. Apologies to "Turning Red," which I refer to as "Seeing Red," which is an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

  2. You know, I'm not clicking on an episode about Dungeons & Dragons (2000) expecting positivity but man... Lightyear isn't great, Everything, Everywhere All At Once is overrated, Star Wars sucks now, Thor: Ragnarok is half a good movie, nobody remembers the first half of Spider-man: No Way Home, Spiderhead and Tron Legacy aren't good, and I'm not even at the actual D&D talk yet.

    1. It's not going to get much better. To be fair, this has been a hard week to keep a positive outlook. Sorry about that.

    2. No need to apologize. You guys have watched what you watched, and you like what you like, and as acknowledged in the episode, this is kind of a dark time right now.

  3. "Fuck it. Let's watch Dungeons and Dragons!" I have definitely said that before too. I know this movie is basically hot garbage, but I can't help it. I love it.

  5. I'm a week late listening. Near the end you guys were saying naming fantasy movies, and searching for names. And also mentioned that you appreciate some 80's fantasy. And I was (silently) screaming, what about Excalibur (1981)!!!

It's funny that I was completely a nerd when young, being good in maths/science, and not at all a cool kid. But I never was into D&D or comic books. So I wasn't cool when a kid, but still don't qualify for the "credentials" for being a nerd once it's now cool to be into that stuff. haha. Not that I care at all. But I do love Excalibur!
