    1. Also, I have to chuckle at what happens with Adam's list by the end of the show. Sometimes our choices change even minutes after we say them, haha!

  2. I'm gonna be that "RRR guy" who says you guys really need to see RRR. (It's like a 2008 Ron Paul guy but for an Indian film instead of libertarianism. There's one in most comment sections.)

  3. I always look forward to this show and you guys did not disappoint! Awesome lists and some movies I'm looking forward to checking out based on your recommendations. I also love that I could not predict what would be on the lists or in what order... always fun when there's a year that brings us such variety!

  4. Excellent and interesting lists (and in Adam's case, a constantly rotating/shifting one! :-P). Even with two jobs, a YouTube Channel and almost no free time I still manage to catch movies every once in a while, just not as many as before or have the time to review them. :'( Your lists gave me excellent last-minute suggestions to watch between now and Friday, when I'll lock my complete bottom-to-top list of 2022 watched movies. Again, great year-end and first-of-the-year podcasts. :-D

  5. Great lists and podcast! This is always one of my favorite episodes of the year. I was on the fence about The Menu, but y'all have convinced me to see it.

Also, I'll answer the call and say that I have seen Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris and loved it. When I was a kid, I repeatedly watched the made-for-TV adaptation starring Angela Lansbury, so I was familiar with the story and eager to see it. It's a slight, feel-good movie that worked on me.

    1. J. Goodman Further disproving JB's theory: somewhere in the world someone loves the movies JB thinks not a single soul has seen. :-P

  6. I saw See How They Run. In a theater. At a festival. With a packed audience. It's in my top 20 of 2022 (though admittedly I have a lot of catching up to do, so that might still change).

  7. Great show. There's a handful of 2022 movies I want to see before making a ranked list, but now I have a few more.

I would be the same as Adam. As I talk with someone (or listen to a podcast) about a movie, my feeling about it can change, especially if it's a recent watch. It's hard to be objective, and I find making lists hard. Going back and seeing old lists is particularly surprising sometimes. Was Greyhound really my favourite movie of 2020? It was at the time I guess. I really enjoyed it, but haven't thought of it at all since. Maybe if I rewatch it, it'll become a favourite again?

  9. Thanks guys, this is always one of my favorite episodes of the year and always gives me such a great list of movies to catch up on. I watched Men last night and thought it was really great.

  10. Love "the Twitter machine." That bit of twee jocularity never gets old, even after years and years of repetition.
