I sincerely hope you guys are having some version of a good time, because this is starting to resemble all my worst nightmares whipped up into a frappe of terror.
The bravery, endurance and commitment of Mike and Adam will never be forgotten. We will sing songs of them to our children, and our children's children. They are true heroes.
I can't imagine going to SDCC if I wasn't either famous, or or didn't already live in California for some reason. Having to pay for airfare and a hotel to get the privilege of either standing in line or sleeping outside of a building for a whole night to get a good spot sounds like the worst thing.
You know, one would think that at some point the people who put this on might think, "Maybe we should move this to a larger venue..."
Or, several places near each other - one comics, one movies, one TV...(look, people who go to the Olympics don't get to see every freaking event either).

ReplyDeleteI'm grateful for their willingness to suffer so I don't have to. It's neat to see what the environment is like, but I wouldn't want to be there.
DeleteNice avatar!
DeleteMine? If so, thank you! Just representing a great scene/moment from one of my favorite movies! :)
DeleteGreat video Mike and Adam. I can tell whoever is shooting this is a (close-up) big Tom Hooper fan. And Mike, that Jurassic Park shirt is THE BOMB!
ReplyDeleteI think the moral of the story do far has been "don't bother trying".
ReplyDeleteConsider that lesson learned. I will never try anything ever again.
