For this year's Scary Movie Month commentary, the gang closes out their summer camp trilogy with a visit from Cropsy and a lot of Big Macs, well done.

  1. Nice...now I have even more reason to look forward to the raft scene!

    1. Then you didn't subscribe early enough! It's available to stream on Amazon, and Scream Factory recently released a fantastic blu-ray/DVD

    2. It's also available in its entirety on YouTube. Shhhh. There's a trailer before it and no MGM logo, so you have to pause the video when you see the words Camp Blackfoot on screen and then press play when you hear JB say those words. Not that I'm advocating such things, because really you should buy the Scream Factory DVD/Blu-ray.

    1. We tried, but there wasn't much that really matched what we were looking for. And when we have chosen something in the past specifically for its availability, Netflix yanked it the day we posted the commentary. Sorry about that.

  4. The Burning is WAY better than Friday the 13th. And leave Tiger alone. She got hotter as the movie went on. But that could be all of my cold medicine talking.

  5. In that episode of 21 Jump Street, the teacher doesn’t actually date Johnny Depp thinking he’s a teenager. Instead, they meet as adults early on, and then he discovers she’s a teacher and he has to go undercover in her class. So he’s forced to come clean and tell her the truth about who he is, and this somehow also allows him to put the moves on her. So instead of really pervy, it’s only a little bit pervy.

Other than that, great commentary, guys!

  6. Watched the movie for the first time without the commentary.

And this is on blu-ray but Phantom of the Paradise isn't....

Especially loved how Todd can hear Albert yelling for help far away (even though no one heard a thing when the others were killed)...but he's in the same building and he can't hear Albert grunting....

  7. BTW, going back to Friday the 13th 3D....
Is it possible that Jason kills teens having sex because Jason did rape Mormon Girl and he caught something...or she was just a REALLY lousy lay...so now sex has to be stopped?

But back to The Burning - am I the only one that was hoping Cropsy made a trail of that girl's clothes to follow to get her away from the lake to kill Rapist #2 without her around to see? Besides, would have made a nice twist to the scene.
