DeleteThe parents were going out simply because they were supposed to be "young" and balancing their old life (Bacon's band) with parenthood - and struggling with the latter. I buy it all too, Patrick. They are good characters and it adds to the enjoyment of the film.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you should ever see Mirrors! It makes me laugh every year. I even saw it last year out of curiosity. And It Was Fineeeee
ReplyDeleteI always liked me some Bacon. I think I watched it years later and I did not have the Sixth Sense comparison in my head so I think that's helped. I also really like Death Sentence too
