  1. What's it take to get Ice-T to talk to Mummy Kid about The Seventh Seal? Thete aint even one seal, let alone SEVEN! Anyway, this podcast was allright.

  2. I'm less than 10 minutes in, but I just wanna say that you guys really found your way to those bad Australian accents and I love that for all of us. Patrick's journey from British Cockney Lad to Crocodile Dundee was a powerful transformation.

    1. Adam at first didn't want to do an accent, but he warmed up to it, and we're all the better for it! The accents were swinging between Aussie, cockney and New Zealand (mostly a mix of all 3!). I can't do accents AT ALL, so I appreciate the effort.

  3. I just watched Into The Blue recently as well. I'm glad that Adam pointed out that Paul Walker did "excited about something" really well. I agree that Paul Walker and Jessica Alba might be the 2 most attractive people ever. I love boat movies and stuff set ocean-side, so this movie had all the ingredients for me, and I wasn't disappointed.

It was a little disconcerting how all the black guys were shirtless, and in the drug business, and super thug like (with one exception, and I was super happy when he showed up). But it's a genre movie, where stereotypes abound, and it didn't ruin my enjoyment.

    1. Also, when watching I was thinking how good a villain Josh Brolin is. He plays a villain so well. Even in movies like No Country, where he's the protagonist, he's still not a good person, and it really works.

  4. I have to admit, my day was pretty glum until Mummy Kid arrived.

  6. Looking forward to your review of Wild Mountain Thyme. Your mangling of accents is nothing competed to Christopher Walken's.
