My vote goes to Robert Judd as Scratch from the 1986 classic 'Crossroads' by Walter Hill. He's menacing and employs Steve Vai as his musical champion. It's flawed, but I love it.
Angel Heart was the one that immediately came to mind when I saw the title, so I'm happy it was on your list. Peter Stormare in Constantine is another that would definitely be on my list.
I just joined The Satanic Temple a few days ago so the timing of this is gold!
