I lost a bet! I felt sure after your Joe Lynch interview you were gonna do the Wrong Turn franchise! But as a died in the wool Saw fan who saw all of them in cinemas as they came out starting at the age of 11, I'm more than happy with this.
I watched The Exorcist II: The Heritic and Exorcist: The Beginning (both decent!) thinking it would be the Exorcist franchise. Thankfully I can now skip watching the new one (which I haven't heard a single positive thing about).

Watching "Exorcist II" Shout! Blu-ray right now as my last (or close to last) Scary Movie Month flick. So good! :-P
I really liked Exorcist II! It's a bit messy, probably due to the troubled production, but there are so many wild elements to it that it's thoroughly entertaining. We have people doing telepathy, hypnosis while connecting their brains with wires, a strange visit to Africa where he gets literally stoned, James Earl Jones dressed up as a bare chested grasshopper, and POV locusts swarms. So many locusts. I'm not sure the movie even had an exorcism! Exorcist: The Beginning was only decent, but II: The Heretic was pretty good.
Weird...i woke up in a dingy warehouse bathroom with my leg chained to a pipe and an ipod with this podcast queued up saying "Play Me".
Thank you again for this month! It was a bit draining at the end, but still a lot of fun.
Thanks for hosting the 7 words reviews and articles this month to everyone at Fthismovie. Great month as always! Happy Halloween!
OHHHH, I was often looking at the pictures for each days Scary Movie Challenge and wondering "What's that from?" Lol, I've only seen the first Saw movie, so I clueless about the '23 franchise hints. Great podcast though and a good followup to the original podcast. Maybe next year I'll delve into this franchise.
The biggest surprise twist is finding out Patrick did an 8 word review!!!!!
