Where the F is Doug? #9

by Doug Schultz
I'm getting my REVENGE on Joseph Finn by stumping him with this pic.

Yeah. Again, I should've saved the Kill Bill house for today's entry. I'M SORRY. And, unlike last week's image (which was, admittedly, a stretch), this location has absolutely nothing to do with vengeance or retribution. DOUBLE SORRY. But still, can you ID this "famous" restaurant?

TRY TO GUESS WITHOUT USING GOOGLE!

As always, please post your guesses in the comments below. If you can find a matching movie still or video that features this location, great! Share that as well. If you're stuck, I'll post clues throughout the day.

This pic is also posted on our Instagram feed, www.instagram.com/fthismovie. If you're already on that app, please follow us!

Good luck!

  1. Well crap. It's not the diner from Mullholand Drive. The one at the end of Pulp Fiction?

  2. While this may make some people loco, all I can say is...it was a Good Burger!

    1. Well shit.

Mike Eaton is the w̶i̶e̶n̶e̶r̶ winner! This is Peter's El Loco Mexican restaurant on Glendora Avenue in West Covina, CA, site of the eponymous Good Burger restaurant in GOOD BURGER.

Because sometimes you gotta get weird.

  4. Well, I gave up searching through movies to find the location (yes, I tried Pulp Fiction and Mulholland Drive as well), so I bit the bullet and went hunting on the web. I found it, but I will respect your wishes and not post it here. I will say, that's a DEEP CUT, Doug!

    1. Ha, thanks Steve. But I encourage you to post your guesses here in the comments (even if they're a reach/you know they're wrong). That's the point of the column! I love reading everyone's guesses and reasoning :)
