You can watch Mike Delaney's movie this weekend!
A couple of months ago, we posted the trailer for Medias Res, co-written by and starring our friend Mike Delaney. Well, now the movie has hit Amazon Prime! You can watch it right here!
Here's the IMDb summary and what we wrote about the film back in February:
Dave and Joe, just evicted from their Oakland apartment, turn to stealing cars and dealing Fluoride to make their financial ends meet. One night they find Summer Hayes, star of a popular 1990's teen soap, in the trunk of a stolen automobile. Shoot-outs, car chases, and overdoses ensue. In the Fluoride heightened world of Medias Res, nothing is what it at first appears to be.
I've seen the movie and it's excellent -- the kind of indie film that makes full use of available resources and makes up what it might lack in budget with a compelling story, interesting ideas, and good filmmaking. Plus, our boy can act!
Medias Res is also available to rent or own in both standard def and digital HD.
Watch it now and be sure to tag your reactions on Twitter! Get the word out and support indie filmmaking!
