Adam's crush aka "Orphanage Woman" is played by Elinor Donahue. She did a shit-ton of television before and after "Freddy's Dead". I know her as Ellie, Andy's first love interest in "The Andy Griffith Show" (btw I'm ancient). She's also appeared on Chris Elliot's "Get a Life", "Pretty Woman" and "The Princess Diaries 2".
