  1. And as usual, here’s something I’m wrong about: Robert Longstreet as Joe Collie in Midnight Mass and Luke Jones as Ryan in Shrill both give great performances, but they are NOT the same person. My bad.

    1. Mouth theremin is such an under-rated skill good to hear someone keeping it alive.

  4. gosh I always love these deep dives into some classic horror with you two. I hadn't seen Scars and Taste the Blood... watching Scars now. It is very good so far. Anouska Hempel seems born to play in Dracula movies.

  5. Woot! Thanks JB for the shout out. I was hoping the Cuba Road comment was a bit timeless for we locals. Also my comment was kinda/sorta true...back in my day the HEHS Cuba lore was that a girl was murdered on the road while walking home from a school dance..so after on of our school dances, a bunch of us drove down it and did dumb things like see how long we could all drive with our headlights off and/or drive down the creepiest offshoots we could find (usually private drives). One part spooky combined with three parts dumb@ssery....high school!

Great 'cast as always sirs....its always a hoot listening to y'all riff on movies!!
