Confessional: THE LAST JEDI Made Me a STAR WARS Fan
by Alejandra Gonzalez
I’ll admit it: far too often, I have found myself championing Lord of the Rings against Star Wars enthusiasts for the sake of establishing which franchise reigns superior. I call it the "Great Clerks II Debate," in which I find myself being the dude who throws up on Randal’s floor when he has only negative things to say about Peter Jackson’s adaptations.

Back to 1976: THE OUTLAW JOSEY WALES
by Heath Holland
What if I told you that I think this Clint Eastwood western from 1976 is just as good as Unforgiven, but in a different way?

Thrills, Chills, and Spills: JUMANJI

Would this “children’s film” live up to my memories of it from decades ago? Would the new 4K Blu-ray live up to my HD and HDR expectations?

The Daring of THE DARK CRYSTAL
by Robyn Buckley
I had much more difficulty writing this article than I had initially anticipated. I thought that I would be able to sit down and all of my thoughts on The Dark Crystal would come out with ease. Unfortunately, that did not end up being the case – I spent days procrastinating as I couldn’t think of how to put this into words. Here’s to hoping that I finally managed it!
